Watercolour is one of my favourite materials. The paint is unpredictable and challenging to use. The inconsistencies are what make the results so beautiful. Our goal with this project was to combine the imperfect nature of watercolour with basic shapes that designers can use over and over in their work.

We wanted to maintain clean edges while letting the material show it’s beauty within those edges. It was time-consuming, but a total labour of love. Hopefully you enjoy working with the results as much as I enjoyed creating the elements for you.
